Join us in Celebrating 30 Years of Community Safety...

This is a big year for Brampton Safe City, and we want you to be part of it. 2012 is our 30th anniversary, and one of the very special events we’re planning is our Golfing Fore Safety tournament at beautiful Lionhead Golf & Country Club.

Tuesday, May 29, 2012 is the date to mark on your calendar. It will be a tremendous opportunity for you to celebrate with us, as well as helping us continue to deliver safety programs and education.

Proceeds from the tournament will support community safety programs in Brampton. You will be helping people of all ages stay safe from injury and crime. In 2012, we will be teaching hundreds of children the importance of wearing bicycle helmets, launching an exciting new road safety campaign, helping families strengthen their neighbourhoods and training young people how to avoid violence. With your support, we will continue to make Brampton a truly safe place to live, work and play.

So plan to bring out your clubs on Tuesday, May 29 for a great day of golf and a chance to connect with the police officers, firefighters, paramedics, health care professionals, community leaders, citizen volunteers and others who contribute to safety in our community.

In the near future, you will receive an invitation and registration form for the tournament. There are some great sponsorship opportunities available as well. What a fantastic way to show the community you care about safety, and to inspire others to get involved. Thank you for your support.
